What are your shipping policies?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.


You'll receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and a tracking number once your item ships. If you don’t see either, please check your spam or promotions folders.

We are not responsible for stolen packages or orders returned to sender. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and secure delivery location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes and No — we currently only offer international shipping to Canada via UPS.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ALTELIER does not collect or control these fees, and we are not responsible for any charges incurred upon delivery — including additional brokerage or handling fees charged by carriers like UPS.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before ordering.

When will my order ship? Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Please note carrier shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Why am I not being charged sales tax? Sales tax is only collected for orders shipped in Nevada. We’re a small business without tax nexus in other states. You may be responsible for self-reporting use tax depending on where you live.

Do you do holds? In an effort to create an equitable and fair shopping experience for everyone we are unable to do holds online. We appreciate your understanding!

Can you help me find vintage denim? We are more than happy to help you with your denim search! We do our best to provide a range of vintage Levi's for our customers, but we are unable to take personal requests at this time. In general with vintage Levi's we recommend you size up at least 2-3 sizes from your modern denim size.  Please feel free to message any questions before purchasing.

The vintage piece I love is sold out - will you have another? We understand how disappointing this can be! Due to the unique nature of our vintage products, they are all one of a kind. We hope there is something else you find and love!
